know that you all transformed Aggie’s life. She was a bitter, lonely, angry, and paranoid when she entered Victoria
Villa. In a short time we began to see positive changes occur. Before long I knew that this was the right place for her. I
witnessed daily thoughtful and loving actions of the staff. I know that each one of you sincerely care about the patients.
That difference is evident in the daily care to everyone-even the ones who have unpleasant behaviors. Aggie felt loved and she felt safe at Victoria Villa. I was comforted to know that I did not have
to worry about basic needs. Thank you for that assurance. It is
now almost a year since my parents became residents at Victoria Villa. I would like to take this opportunity
on behalf of my family and myself to thank you and the staff at Victoria Villa for the excellent care and compassion shown
to my parents during this difficult year of theirs and our adjustment. The understanding and attention that has been given
to all of us has been refreshing. We particularly appreciate the bright and cheery environment in which my parents find themselves.
The programs that you have developed to stimulate seniors and the cleanliness that is so evident when one enters Victoria
Villa. You are to be commended for surrounding yourself with such a capable staff who are obviously very devoted and committed
to their work. For us (my brother and myself) who are some distance from you, it is reassuring to know that there are people
like yourselves who are there to stand for us and be there should any crisis occur.
